Your tasks
- Competent advice for our business and private clients — by phone, email and in person
- Preparation and processing of rental agreements, vehicle handovers and returns
- Sale of additional services (insurance upgrades, accessories, long-term rental packages)
- Scheduling: Coordinating appointments, checking vehicle availability, organizing deliveries
- Handling of damages, returns and complaints including documentation
- Maintenance of our booking software and customer master data
Your profile
- Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
- A confident, well-groomed, and friendly demeanor towards our customers.
- Team spirit, initiative and high motivation
- Resilient during peak hours — remain calm and friendly even when it's crowded
- Proficient use of MS Office and common booking software
- Driving license class B (old: class 3)
- Desirable: English skills for international clients
